Brittany and Jourdan’s began with… a worm.
Yes, really.
Their first date at Sonny’s Café in Redcliffe was meant to be a simple breakfast. No drama, no pressure. But out of nowhere, as if the universe wanted to make an entrance, a worm fell straight onto Brittany’s face.
Now, most people would freeze. Not Jordan. He swooped in like Spider-Man, saved the day, and in that small but hilarious moment, something clicked. Brittany laughed (eventually), Jourdan grinned, and that was the start of a story neither of them could have scripted better.
From there, their connection grew effortlessly... beach trips, hikes, camping under the stars, and adventures across Japan and Europe. They discovered that love isn’t about being the same; it’s about being on the same side. And through every laugh, every long-haul flight, and every muddy tent morning, they realised that they’d found their forever travel companion.

The day started with blue skies and that golden Sunshine Coast light you dream of. The celebrant, a natural comedian himself, had the crowd in stitches within minutes, teasing Jourdan about being “short and sweet” and reminding everyone that context is king.
When Brittany arrived, all eyes were on her... radiant, calm, and trying her best not to cry (spoiler: she did, and it was beautiful). Their ceremony was equal parts heartfelt and hilarious, filled with anecdotes, laughter, and an energy that just felt them.
