When Patrik and Jeremy decided to tie the knot, they knew they wanted a day that was full of joy, love, and just the right amount of regal flair. Maleny Manor, known for its stunning views and impeccable service, provided the perfect backdrop for their special day. ​OVERLOOKING THE ROLLING HILLS OF MALENY

Patrik and Jeremy’s love story began in 2019, a year that many of us remember for its challenges. But for these two, it was the year they found each other. Jeremy, determined to give online dating one last shot, stumbled upon Patrik’s profile on a more sophisticated app—one that required more than just a swipe. Patrik was the first profile Jeremy saw, and after a quick and timely response to Patrik’s opening prompt, their journey together began.
From their first date at Southbank, complete with an unexpected mariachi band serenade, it was clear that fate (and perhaps a touch of destiny) had brought them together. Over the years, their connection only deepened as they shared their love for food, travel, and binge-watching the latest TV series.

THEIR BIG DAY
As they stood before their family and friends at Maleny Manor, Patrik and Jeremy knew this was the moment they had been waiting for. The ceremony, filled with laughter, tears, and heartfelt vows, was a true reflection of their journey. Jeremy promised to be Patrik’s secure base, ensuring they grow, learn, and laugh together. Patrik, on the other hand, vowed to stay by Jeremy’s side through thick and thin, always choosing love, even when it would be easier to walk away.
But let’s not forget the humor! Jeremy, ever the jokester, promised to tell the truth—especially when it came to Patrik’s habit of chewing with his mouth open. And Patrik, with his regal demeanour, made sure to keep the mood light with a promise to buy Jeremy McDonald’s whenever he wanted, no questions asked.
The ceremony was not just a celebration of love but a testament to their strength and vulnerability. Patrik and Jeremy wanted to be represented as strong yet vulnerable, regal yet joyous—and that’s exactly what Maleny Manor helped them achieve. The venue, with its elegant pavilions and lush surroundings, provided the perfect setting for their vows and the tears (masculine, of course) that followed.

The day didn’t end with the ceremony. The celebration continued into the night with music, canapés, and plenty of laughter. As they moved to the reception area, Patrik and Jeremy were met with cheers and applause—a fitting end to a day that was both regal and fun, just like them.
