From late-night messages to late arrivals, Samantha and Jacob’s love story began in a whirlwind of humour, honesty, and Holy Moly mini-golf. After meeting online, their first date at El Camino Cantina came with a bit of a parking struggle (a rite of passage in Brisbane), but it was clear from the get-go: these two just clicked. Between frozen margaritas and a very competitive game of mini golf, Samantha and Jacob laid the foundation for what would become an effortlessly real and joyful relationship.
They’re the kind of couple who back each other endlessly, match each other’s energy in life (and in schemes), and create a home filled with warmth, laughter, and a fair bit of strategic cheese consumption. Jacob, the practical dreamer. Samantha, the fierce nurturer. Together? A perfect match.
A Little About the Celebration
Held at the always-stunning Maleny Manor, their wedding was full of laughter, sentiment, and heart-melting vows. It was intimate in all the right ways, with personal touches everywhere... including the heart-shaped confetti made from leaves collected from their own garden. Seriously, can you get any cuter?
The unplugged ceremony let guests truly soak up the moment (and saved us all from dodging phones in the aisle). Carly Slade officiated with warmth and wit, and the bridal party... a lively bunch of legends, brought the energy from start to finish. From golden-hour glows to a dance floor full of confetti remnants and happy tears, it was the kind of day you wish you could bottle up and relive again and again.
