You know it’s going to be good when a Tinder match turns into a family of four, and eventually a wedding at the iconic Maleny Manor. Ellie and Cameron’s story started with a strong jawline, a red lipstick entrance, and a bar in West End. She was over an hour late. He waited. And it was all totally worth it.
From the moment she walked through the door, Cam knew this one was different. Butterflies aren’t even the word. He paid for dinner, an Uber, and in return, got the first kiss of a lifetime. Complete with congratulations from the cabbie outside her apartment.
That night kicked off a love story built on cheeky banter, real connection, hard work, and a shared dream of building a life and family together. And fast forward to now, two beautiful kids, a lot of laughter, and a love that’s only grown stronger.

The celebration was packed with heart. These two didn’t just host a wedding, they brought together their tribe for a day that was elegant, emotional, and full of laughs (and probably a few tearful tissues).
Maleny Manor delivered the goods, as always with stunning hinterland views, moody clouds, and that beautifully soft afternoon light pouring over the gardens. Their ceremony was heartfelt, with celebrant Dan Ford guiding everyone through their story and vows.
From the moment Ellie walked down the aisle until the final cheers at the reception, you could feel just how loved these two are by their people. Their guests didn’t just show up, they showed up, with full hearts and full dance moves.
